1.4 Once the authentication of your credit account goes through your order is processed, top up pin is sent to your phone via SMS. It is your responsibility to write the number down, keep it safe and apply the voucher to your phone, you have 5 days to use the voucher number from date of purchase.
1.5 The Organization is not liable for any loss, misuse or error of any kind if you fail to activate, keep safe or write the number down.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
2.1 Vouchers purchased from the Website cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded under any circumstances unless expressly agreed in writing by the Organization.
2.2 Any order that has failed security verification checks will be refunded within 15 working days to the card, account or other payment instrument from where the payment originated.
